How to enter Respect behaviour scores

 
Stage 1: Request Access
In order to access the secure area to enter your weekly Respect behaviour marks you will need to firstly retrieve your password. If you have already requested access to Derbyshire County Football Association Website Members’ services go to Stage 2.

Step 1: Locate your FAN (NPD) and 2009/2010 registration number. These are displayed on your receipt which you will have received from Derbyshire County FA once you have registered for the current season. The ‘ID’ is your FAN.

Step 2: Open Internet Explorer and access the Derbyshire County Football Association website.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Members’ section of the website.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Request Access’ menu item in the left hand menu.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Referee’ menu item in the left hand menu.

Step 6: Enter your FAN (NPD) and Registration Number into the spaces provided and click

Step 7: Enter your email address in the space provided

Step 8: Your login details will now have been emailed to the specified email address. This will contain your FAN and password which you will need to login.

Stage 2: Entering your match behaviour marks
Now that you have your FAN and password you can log in and enter your match behaviour marks.

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer and access the Derbyshire County Football Association website

Step 2: Click on the ‘Members’ section of the website.

Step 3: Click on ‘Member Login’ and Enter your FAN and Password into the spaces provided

Step 4: Click on the Respect menu item in the left hand menu.

Step 5: Click on the My Matches menu item.

Step 6: Please note only when the match result has been entered into Full-Time will then the fixtures appear. This is usually completed by Sunday evening. Once the match result has been confirmed fixtures will be displayed as shown below.

Step 7: To enter behaviour marks click the ‘Enter Marks’ button for the corresponding fixture.

Step 8: Select the relevant answer for each question which reflects your opinion of the behaviour during the match you have officiated. All questions except the comments area must be answered before your marks can be submitted.

Step 9: Once you have entered the marks for a match the ‘Marking’ Status will have been updated to ‘Edit Marks’. Marks can be updated for up to 24 hours after they were first entered. After the 24 hours has passed the marks cannot be edited. By moving the mouse over ‘Edit Marks’ you can see how much time you have left before the marks become uneditable.
