All clubs should have received a Respect pack for every team which provides all the necessary guidance and tools to ensure that players, supporters, coaches and club members. The information within the guide book provides all the details you need to implement Respect in to your club. The Code of Conduct sheets should be disseminated to everyone involved in the club and signed by each individual in support of the clubs commitment to the Respect programme.
The message of Respect and Best Practice should be communicated on a regular basis through newsletters, club meetings and through your websites. It is essential that any poor practice or breaches of the Respect programme is challenged and club members are reminded of what is expected of them.
Everyone attached to the club has a responsibility to the Respect programme. If you are a spectator, player, coach or secretary please be aware of what Respect entails and please report any behaviour that is considered poor practice or any breach of the Respect Code of Conduct.
If you require the County Welfare Officer to deliver an information session to club members on Respect and Best Practice please contact Cath Morton on 01332 361422
