New season means new opportunity for Groundsman to nominate themselves for this year’s award!
Each County FA will be collating nominations over the next couple of months and will then submit their top 3 applications to The FA, for independent judging that will begin in mid-March 2012.
These awards provide a great opportunity to recognise and reward Club Groundsmen at Step 7 and below in Derbyshire. The judges will use their discretion to score the Club Groundsman based on their individual contribution and ambition to improve the pitch.
The closing date for applications is Friday 3rd February 2012. Derbyshire County FA will then select their top 3 applications to submit to The Football Association.
There are two ways you can make a nomination;

• Or by completing the nomination form and questionnaire from the Related Documents (to the right) and return to;
