Referees must acknowledge appointments IN WRITING to

within 7 days of receiving the draw sheet and must notify this office if a postal notification has not been received from the club 5 days prior to the match. Referees must acknowledge the appointment to the Home Club.

The Home Team Secretary shall be responsible for telephoning the result of the match to The Referee Appointments Officer – Dave Harwood 0115 925 9163
on Saturday before 6.00 p.m. or before 10.00 p.m. in midweek.
If extra time is played in the midweek match, then the result should be telephoned in immediately the match is concluded.

The Winning Club must submit a FULLY and CORRECTLY COMPLETED Match Result Sheet to the office within 3 days.

IT IS NECESSARY FOR CLUBS TO ENSURE WHEN USING LOCAL AUTHORITY PITCHES (PARKS PITCHES) FOR D. C. F. A. CUP COMPETITIONS THE CLUB INFORMS THE LOCAL AUTHORITY WELL IN ADVANCE FOR THEIR REQUIREMENT. THE RESPONSIBILITY IN BOOKING PITCHES DOES NOT REST WITH THE D. C. F. A. LIMITED.
