CRB Checks
Changes to FA CRB Service
From 1st June 2011 there will be an increase in the administration charges for all FA CRB disclosures. You will be aware that the VAT increased to 20% on 4th January 2011. To this date The FA has been covering this increase within the current administration fee. However, from the 1st June 2011 the full VAT increase will be included in the cost of the FA CRB application. The new fee for FA CRB’s will be;
Volunteers (including match officials)- £15.30p
Paid employees (those taking an income from their involvement in football)- £59.30p
There is now an online FA CRB option which is quicker, cheaper and more efficient than the traditional method. Welfare Officer Workshop (WOW) and Safeguarding Children dates
Derbyshire County Football Association has organised a number of WOW and Safeguarding Courses. It is compulsory that all Club Welfare Officers attend both courses. This legislation has been implemented by The Football Association.
