DCFA Referee Volunteer Recruitment Evening

Interested in joining a Referee Volunteer Workforce that aims to improve the quality of referees across Derbyshire?

Following the successful 2016/17 season where there was a record number of referee promotions within the County, the Derbyshire County FA are looking build upon this success. In order to do so we are delighted to announce that we are seeking more volunteers to help develop the referees of the future across the County.

The first part of this process will take place at Belper Town FC on Thursday 20th July, where during the course of the evening you will have the opportunity to find out more information about the different roles we are looking to recruit. These are as follows:

  • Coach
  • Mentor
  • Observer
  • Match Day Developer
  • Tutoring

Attendees can chose three of the above roles to go to and the Coordinators for each area of the Referee Volunteer Workforce will give information about what the role entails and answer any questions that you may have.
