Inspire The Next Generation

Most players will tell you that a past coach would have had the biggest influence on their development as a footballer. Some would even say that it would be impossible for them to be playing football as a profession without the help of a past coach.

So why not start your journey with us and help the next generation by booking onto one of our courses and becoming an FA Qualified Coach?

We have a wide range of courses available for you to book on, whether you want to coach a particular format of the game or even whether you want to join the growing sport that is Futsal, we have you covered.

So what are you waiting for? Get involved and help the next generation reach their potential.

Become a Coach

Coaching not only develops the players around you, it can develop yourself.

There are a number of benefits to coaching such as:

  • It's a way to support your local community.
  • You can become a role model, especially for younger players.
  • You can develop professional relationships with other coaches and share best practice.
  • You can develop new skills for yourself.

Development & Courses

Whenever you become a coach, you start a journey which is unique to yourself by choosing the path that is right for you. You also follow in the footsteps of any manager or head coach you see on the television, as they all had to start somewhere!

Courses offered in Derbyshire range from the entry level course, the FA Level 1 in Coaching Football, all the way up to the FA Level 3 (UEFA B) Course. Further development is then possible with The FA with the UEFA A Licence and the UEFA Pro Licence.

Courses are also available that cover more specialist areas such as coaching disabled footballers, coaching Goalkeepers and coaching Futsal.
