As a registered referee you automatically become an associate member of the Referees' Association. For a small fee you can become a full member which comes with a range of benefits.

Joining a local Referees' Society can help with a referees development in different areas. In 2015, Erewash Valley Referees Society had Premier League Referee Kevin Friend attend as a guest speaker who spoke about player and conflict management.
