Derbyshire FA Online Survey
We’re inviting players, coaches, referees, volunteers, parents, supporters, league and club officials, and everybody else involved in grassroots football to share their views and help shape the future of football in Derbyshire.
In January and February, we hosted a series of face-to-face consultation events covering key topics to help shape our 2024-28 business strategy. If you missed it, this is your chance to share your thoughts and ideas on how we can grow and improve the game across Derbyshire. Your crucial feedback will be used to build our 2024-28 business strategy and identify the key areas where you want to see change.
This survey will cover; Behaviours, Volunteers & Workforce, a choice of Adult or Youth Football, and finally a choice to air your views on what the Club of the Future looks like, or what the Future Football Experience should be.
Every person that completes the survey will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a £100 Fanatics voucher.
The closing date is Easter Monday, April 1st 2024.
