We are pleased to introduce our new DCFA referee development group, the Referee Development Academy.

The aim of this group is to highlight those referees who are showing great potential and have the ability to progress within refereeing. There hasn’t been a better time to be a referee with the opportunities that are available. We will provide those selected with tailored development and on hand coaching support along with regular meetings throughout the season.
