The Female Coach Development Programme is a FREE programme specifically aimed at female coaches in Derbyshire who are aged 16 and over. The programme is for coaches of all levels who are looking for extra support in their football development, so even if you’re an experienced or a newly qualified coach, this programme will benefit you.

We're keen to offer support to all female coaches and this is a great opportunity to develop the female coaching workforce across Derbyshire.

The Female Coach Development Programme will include the following:

• Observation of elite coach delivery.
• A bespoke coach development plan.
• Development of coaching philosophy.
• Workshops on managing parents, practice design and much more.
