The Derbyshire FA are going to be running to adult six-a-side competitions during the summer to celebrate this summer’s Women’s World Cup in France.

The competitions will be played throughout June, with two men’s tournaments in Belper and Lees Brook, and a women’s tournament also in Belper.

The two winners of the men’s tournaments will eventually face off for a final, which will be played in July.

All fixtures for both men’s and women’s competitions will be six-a-side, with a maximum of nine players allowed per team.

Details of each tournament are listed below.

• Men’s Tournament 1 – Sunday 9th June – 10am-12:30pm – Lees Brook Community School.
• Men’s Tournament 2 – Sunday 23rd June – 10am-12:30pm – Lees Brook Community School
• Women’s Tournament - Sunday 30th June – 1pm-4pm – Belper Leisure Centre.
• Men’s Final – Sunday 14th July – 10am-12am – Lees Brook Community School.
