Derbyshire FA Board of directors
Frank McArdle - Chairman
Ricky Stevenson - Chief Executive Officer
Ricky’s role is to ensure the executive team are in place to deliver the business objectives and to drive strategy and partnerships opportunities across the county.
Ricky is also the President of The Federation International of Powerchair Football Associations (FIPFA) and plays an active role in the development of the game in England and across the globe. He previously operated at Nottinghamshire FA for 12 years.

Gary Parkin - Safeguarding Board Champion
Leoni Waghorn - Equality Director
Leoni has worked in a volunteering capacity at DCFA since 2019 as a Disciplinary Panel Member. Since then, she has been appointed Equality Director and Chair of SIAG and has long term engagement within the sports volunteer sector, notably as mentor and ambassador for the Elena Baltacha Tennis Foundation as a female advisor to support underrepresented girls in sport. Leoni is also a board member of a mental health charity.
Leoni has studied Law at The University of Derby and is a current BPC pupil at ULAW Nottingham, aiming to specialise in commercial, contractual and regulatory Sports Law when in practice.
