Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination

Inclusion

Football For All is the slogan that describes our work in promoting equality and in tackling discrimination and harassment. It includes developing opportunities for groups that are traditionally under-represented in football e.g. women and girls, ethnic minorities and disabled people.

Derbyshire County FA is responsible for setting standards and values throughout the game. Football is here to be enjoyed by anyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationally, ethnic origin, colour, religion or belief, ability or disability.

Derbyshire County FA is also committed to promoting equality by treating people fairly and with respect, by recognising that inequalities may exist, by taking steps to address them and by providing access and opportunities for all members of the community.
