Female Coach Development Programme: New Event

Following the successful launch of the Programme, the next event will take place on January 24th at The Racecourse, Derby from 6.30pm – 8.30pm
This event will focus on Warm ups/Arrival activities and the session will be delivered by Samantha Griffiths, East Midlands FA Coach Mentor Officer and Alena Moulton FA Coach Mentor for Derbyshire.
The Female Coach Development Programme is a FREE Coach Development Programme specifically aimed for female coaches of all levels who are looking for extra support in their football development. Whether you are yet to get your Level 1, you have achieved your UEFA B or somewhere in between, this programme will help you to improve.
Any female coach in the Derbyshire region who is aged 16+. You may be an experienced or a newly qualified coach, this programme will aim to cater to support the needs of all individuals.
Derbyshire County FA are keen to offer support to all female coaches and this is a great opportunity to develop the female coaching workforce across Derbyshire.
The Female Coach Development Programme will include the following:
- Observation of elite coach delivery.
- A bespoke coach development plan.
- Development of coaching philosophy.
- Workshops on managing parents, practice design and many more.
