The final of the 2022/23 Cawarden Derbyshire Divisional Cup North will be Glapwell v Tintwistle Athletic.

Glapwell entered in the First Round, comprehensively beating Rowsley ’86 8-0. The Second Round saw Glapwell defeat Bamford 2-1. Another close tie in the Quarter-Final saw Glapwell progress 1-0 against Bakewell Town. The Semi-Final against AFC Normanton had to be separated by penalties after a 1-1 draw, which Glapwell won 4-3 to reach the final.

Tintwistle Athletic had a bye in the First Round. A penalty shootout victory against Wirksworth Ivanhoe saw them progress from the Second Round, after a 1-1 draw. In the Quarter-Final, Tintwistle beat Dove Holes 3-1. Tintwistle confirmed their place in this year’s final with a 4-0 victory against Buxworth.
