Being a volunteer in football doesn't mean you have to be a coach. There are a variety of roles you can put yourself forward for to help Derbyshire's Leagues and Clubs flourish, and you can find any opportunities here.

Glossop North End Juniors & Ladies - Ladies 1st team Manager

Our Open Age Ladies team is looking for a new Manager / Coaching Team. They play in the Cheshire Women’s League 1st Division on Sundays and have a talented squad of 18+ players .
We are looking for a Manager / Coach to fulfil weekly training and match days. Home Games are at Glossopdale ATP 3G.
Desirable –
• FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football
• Experience of coaching with Women’s League Football
• Member or FA Licensed Coaches Club 
• 1 year rolling commitment

Ashbourne FC – Treasurer

We have three successful open-age teams, two male and one female, a total of some 60 players.

We are looking for a Treasurer.

This is an important volunteer role.

 

Ashbourne Football Club is in the process of incorporation to a company limited by guarantee. The Treasurer will have a role in this process. The Treasurer will become a director of the company and will advise and support the Board on financial matters, liaising with and assisting Team Managers and other Club members to ensure that monies are accurately recorded and banked in line with the Club’s regulations.

 

The main purpose of this job is to look after the finances of the Club.

 

The Treasurer must be well organised, able to keep records, careful when handling money and cheques, scrupulously honest, able to answer questions in meetings, confident handling figures and prepared to take instant decisions when necessary.

shardlow saints - u16 assistant manager

SSFC U16’s team is looking for assistant to help the manager run the team. You must have a level 1 or above with the right positive attitude. SSFC  are looking for 2 female coaches to help start up from scratch a girls squad for next season. Age group can be up to the coaches to decide what they would like to work with but we do have handful of girls from year 6 and 7 who come down to get trained on Tuesday evenings.
